Miffed over the remarks made by few media persons that he's involved in a big black ticket scandal, ace producer Dil Raju made it clear that he hasn't fallen down to a position where he needs to sell black tickets. After paying visit to Holy Tirumala in Andhra Pradesh along with his family, he spoke to media briefly.

'We're elated by the super success of Baahubali in all the languages released. No doubt, Rajamouli has taken the pride of Telugu Film Industry to a new level', said Dil Raju, wishing the director, hero Prabhas and producers Shobu-Prasad all the success. When quizzed about hiked ticket prices he felt that selling tickets in 'black' is a common practice for many whenever a super star's film hits screens. 'Black ticket selling is like a common thing when a big star film release. Accusing me of selling tickets for hiked prices is a blatant claim with no truth in it. Why would I sell black tickets?' he said.

In the wake of Baahubali tickets prices soaring to the sky during the first three days of release, many accused that Dil Raju, who is the Nizam distributor of the movie, is the reason behind these escalation of prices. Some fans have even approached Police to lodge cases on the producer.
