Won’t I become your feet and help you walk? పడి పడి తలపడి వడి వడి త్వరపడి వస్తున్న ఏదేమైనా సిగముని విడిచిన శిఖరపు జలసిరి ధారల్ని జటాజూటములా ఢీకొని సవాలని తెగించి నీ వైపు దూసుకొస్తున్నా! సిగము = Inspired by Shiva himself జటాజూటము = a braid సవాలు = challenge ‘With great intensity I am battling and with utmost swiftness, I am coming for you, no matter what. Like a stream possessed by the intensity of Shiva emanating from the glacier, I clash, intertwined like a braid and decimating my challengers, I am rushing towards you’ ఉగ్రమా! అసమ శౌర్య భావ రౌద్రమా! నవ భీతిర్మ ఉగ్రము = wrathful అసమ = without an equal రౌద్రము = violent భీతి = fear నిలువునా ఎదగరా నిన్ను రమ్మంది నా తొందర కదలకే కదనమై గగనానికే ఎదురీదరా! కదనము = battle ‘Stand tall and my haste is wishing for your return Your stride itself causes havoc and with that, aim towards the sky’ విజితరి పురు ధిరధారా! కలిత అసిధర కఠోరా! కులకు ధర తులిత గంభీరా! జయ విరాట వీర! విలయ గగనతల భీకర గర్జ్జద్ధారాధరా! హృదయ రస కాసారా! విజిత మధు పారాహార! విజితము = conquer రిపుఁడు = enemy కలితము = in possession of అసిధరుడు = Kubera (this looks like a misplaced noun as one of Bheema‘s synonyms would have been more appropriate. But I think it is sensible to interpret it as ‘abundance’) కులకుఁడు = the highest of a clan విరాటుఁడు = King of Fishermen (OK, it is now reasonable to believe Prabhas is a fisherman) విలయము = destruction గగనతల = aerial గర్జ = roar కాసార = lake Lots of hand-waving in the above stanza and a rough translation is as follows : ‘The one who conquers enemies! The one rich in strength! The head of the clan! The profound! Hail, king of fishermen! The one whose destructive roar spreads over the skies! The one whose heart is filled like a lake! The one overflowing the urge to conquer!’ భయకరంశౌ విభవసింధు సుపరదంగం భరణరంధీ విభవ = prosperous సింధు = the daughter of the sea (synoymous to ocean) పర = multitude దంగ = rebellion భరణ = bearer రంధి = evil ‘Fearful, akin to the ebbing ocean, A multitude of rebellions for the good, bearer of evil’ ధీవరా! దరికి చేరరా! సుందర! చెలి నీదేరా! దరి = shore ‘O Fisherman!
