H 4 - E Aa D Filing Application Doubt

Do we need fill form I539 ? What is this form for ?

In one of the forum ,,,, they said the appliction should also have this form ?

That's the H4 Approval I-797 also known as I-539. If you get H4 stamped, then u need the approval & PP stamp copy of H4.

If you don't have H4, you have to apply for it which is nothing but I-539 & it takes upto 90 days to approve.
