Restaurant Went Full Retard After Getting A Lot Of Bad Reviews

Earlier today we shared what happened to a customer when he gave Underdoggs a bad review. The management's reply was, well, let's just say they need a crash course in PR management.

And just when we thought that was the worst on offer, one of our readers led us to this; Spago Fusion a restaurant in Pune that specializes in "North Indian, Italian, Fast Food and Pizza" as per theirZomato profile. I guess they forgot to add experts in chasing customers away.

At first, the management's reply seemed pretty reasonable:

 

Anjali replied and that's when things went just a little out of hand:

 

 

Wait, what? So because we don't question the hygiene at a "thela" or "local joint", we can't raise concerns about a supposedly bigger and better establishment? But that wasn't all.

 

 

And then the Spago Fusion management decided to have a go at other people who came to Anjali's defense.
