simple solution cheptha inuko

 

1) 4 AM ki oka 2 glasses water taagi malla paduko--morning alarm akkarledhu..kadupey alarm.. motham kadigesthundhi ..full flush

2) hot water snanam time lo oka beer veyyi...  it is good to get rid of morning sickness and brain full isharp work aithadi

3) breakfast with scrambled eggs salt and pepper

 

 

office ki po

1.5 liter water on whole day 3 time complete cheyyi... kakkruthi padi antha taagaku okey sari..aakali sachipothndhi... aara aara ga sip chesthu undu..

 

4) lunch moderate ga tniu..chese avoid cheyyi--ayyaka oka green veggie juice taagu..  12 oz will be more than good

 

 

5)Coffee teesesi  warm water tho green tea...sugar add cheyyakunda taagu

 

dinner cheyyi

night padukuney mundhu oka peg hard neat ga taagu..

Nenu infused water bottle use chesata...daily office ki poye mundu andulo fruits/cinnamon sticks/mint/lime toh online lo recipes untayi avi aa bottle lo vesi office lo taagutha oka 3-4 bottles...I have been doing this for a month n I'm already seeing some changes in body...
