Nanu bhi laaginru nerchkoni cheyyali ani.. but in reality agile project nerchkuney time undadu .. Can anyone please suggest good tutorials? Is java indepth knowledge required for ADF?

Vallidarvi naaku chala quotes noted nuvvu ichina links lo nenu bhi quoted about focus thread.. but their trianings are too pricey and grueling like 7 hrs a day..Not sure if they are practically worth it.. if anyone has gone for that then a review would be good :) main drawback is i donno much java.. just core java varaku konchem knowledge undi.. entha indepth needed anedi reality lo work cheste tappa telidu... Once project is assigned timelines kuda assess cheyali considering its agile.. manak technology rakunna or even on beginner level itz very difficult to assess timelines.. My colleagues are also in same boat though..
