But this is what I have noticed, 90% of the salesforce developers I have met are either from Java or .Net background. In my current company .NET architect is learning salesforce and he is playing salesforce developer role just to avoid recruiting another contractor. Naa suggestion for Non-IT students is to learn Core Java and try for Selenium tester roles and then if they are passionate about coding they can choose their track. how is salesforce market? long term perspective lo manchi tech na? heard the markte is kinda shaky for salesforce.
