help me Samsung Tv Screen Issue

Hi friends..please help how to handle samsung tv screen issue..

Long story short..bought Tv couple of months ago and didnt open it for some reason. I opened box and connected recently and found some portion of screen is not getting displayed and i see crack inside the screen but there is no hard crack on the display and no damage externally anywer.. It is under warranty, so wat are the chances of getting this fixed ? Does customer support fix these kind of issues ? checking before contacting samsung.. Any suggestions would be helpful

Nope, i didnt hav extended warranty ..but it is under 1 yr warranty period

First tv ni register chesko samsung site lo.. call them explain them.. drawyer teskocha kotadi padaipotadi ani vaadaledu ani pitta kathalu don't tell.. they will not replace or repair it.. Samsung is the worst customer service ..
