Deenini 2013-14 ani destination lo pettali
Example :
For 2014 fiscal year it should be 2013-14
2015 it should be 2014-15

unix to SSIS ela vastundi man data??? flat files lonaaa??? can definitely make it much faster man... MSFT lo maaku 4-5 Mill records vachevi less than 20 - 30 mins lo aipoyedi (exact time gurtuledu) package with lookups kuda... but its database to database though....
