loveindia Posted July 24, 2015 Report Posted July 24, 2015 If you are using 2012 and above there is an interesting feature you can use man... it's called EOMONTH().. it will give you end of month directly without writing a function.

TABULAR Modeling is also getting good now. Power pivot and power view can use DAX... I use them, but I don't teach all of that... for a first timer I don't think all that information will make any sense. so I don't teach in my classes and also adi will take almost 3-4 months to finish one class. I talk about all types of dimensions / facts / measures / schemas / actions / partitioning / role based security / partitioning / processing a cube. Thats it man...
