1st - as of now, all are paper based for general IELTS...

2nd - depends on test center...

4 lakhs is too much..

process is not complicated... the CIC canada website gives u comprehensive information about the process

Basically for lazy persons like me , I ask professionals who can constantly bug me for documents, else I will keep delaying :)
From 2015 PR CAN process is computer based system...
The points are awarded based on several aspects of the individual ( age, education, marital status, language)
the more the no. of points better chance of getting invitation to apply for PR... The invitations are sent to candidates every month ( like picking lottery from the common pool) and cut off will be notified...
Once u get the invitation u will be asked to submit the relevant documents ...

No. Job offer from a CAN emp with justification that the position requires the candidate why not a Canadian ani (idhi determine cheyadaniki Govt ye audit chesthundi... puls kaaruthaadi))
If that job offer pasess the audit , govt will give the approval to hire foreign individual and will significantly improve the chances of getting PR (more points will be added)
