Bhayyas,

 

Nenu fulltime ki change avudamani anukuntunna...kani maa employer gaadu terms and conditions ani naatho sign cheyinchu kunnadu starting lo.

nenu sign chesi scan chesi pampanu word document lo.

 

based on that vaadu nannu emanna cheyyagalada if i do H1 transfer

once h1 transfer nothing can be done i suppose. aina avani picha lite but chepadanki try cheyi once like indirect or hint emana

maa employer gadu neech...kameen..kuthy gadu....anduke, wanted to be double sure before i say yes to h1 transfer...

Picha lite. Legal ga emi cheyyaledu. Only thing nee pay apochu or tipinchukovachu ivvadaniki. But there is ONE scenario where he may cause issues.

 

FTE same clinet ka or some other company ka ?

 

If same client ki aithe & if your employer is the only layer between you and your client, then check with client if they(client & ur employer) have any agreement where client needs to pay vendor when they hire vendors employee into their firm.

 

If same client & madhyalo layers unte, then that main vendor might causes issues. But that is not your issue. Client gaadu chusukuntadu
