How To Cook Juicy Chicken Breast?

can someone let me know how to cook juicy chicken breast kinda tender not too hard?

 

all i do is :

 

Marinate the chicken

 

1. One spoon Olive Oil

 

2, Corainder powder, pepper, salt, red pepper

 

3, Squeeze one lemon.

 

Marinate over night and next day put that on pan (don't put in oven though)..

 

the chicken breast pieces comes out hard and not soft.. so not feeling like eating them :(  

 

Please let me know if there is another good way to make it juicy.. like in chipotle.. they have really juicy chicken..

lid pettina soggy aipotundi :(  na bathku ku nenu 2 pounds marinate chesanu so that i can eat for 2-3 days..punch paddadi..
