Thinking from Country perspective....there is no effect..its only role swapping. 50+ years will be replaced by 20+ guys...due to this 50+ & Family will be sad and 20+ family will be happy.

 

So in short...no Net Loss, Just Resource Swapping...

Also think about Productivity.....what age group can be more productive.....the 20+ will be getting less pay so govt can allocate those savings to other areas.

 

Also 50+ family will get effected, but people who have not setteld thier family when they are 50+, what can they do in 5 more years?

1. Daughters marriage

2. Sons educations.

 

But majority of them are able to achieve the above responsibilities. Is that so?

It's not that easy, middle class people live on paychecks by paycheck..

my dad is in govt job as well and he is for this concept,in their org they wanted to increase it to 62 and he is against that ,ippati govt vallaki pension concept kooda ledhu and old gen givt empl are lucky they atleast have pension

there will be pension ....is it hard to survive on pension if the key responsibilites are done for an average family 55+ family?? Also lets take majority, there will be some minority that will have problems....But majority of youth will set on a career...
