Unexpected maintenance ki insurance emi teesukoledu.. i know all electonic equipment in good condition. A/C, Washer & Dryer, Kitchen appliances, Roof. so didnt get any other insurance.

 

monthly cost = Installment + Interest (goes to bank) + Property tax (To bank also, but actually goes to county) + Insurance (To bank from there Insurance company) + HOA
