H1 Amendment ki jan 15 varaku time undi but H4 EAD ki apply cheddam anukuntunna, emina issues chestara H1 amendment cheyinchaledu ani mana H1ki issues chese chances unnaya. Suggest please. Thanks.
krishna0125 Posted July 26, 2015 Report Posted July 26, 2015 issue emi undadhu. USCIS will be approve any transfers until you main your proper status. H1b is you main status and you need to have contious pay stubs while you are on h1b. Amendment is secondary and need if you want to still stay on h1b. so you can apply for h4-ead.
