హైదరాబాద్: పన్నెండు ఏళ్లకు వచ్చే పన్నెండు రోజుల పండుగ తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో అంగరంగ వైభవంగా ముగిసింది! ‘పుష్కర’ రోజుల్లో దాదాపు 11.29 కోట్ల మంది పుణ్య స్నానాలు చేశారు. మహా హారతితో గోదావరి పుష్కరాలకు రెండు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలూ స్వస్తి చెప్పాయి. మొత్తం 12 రోజుల్లోనూ గోదావరిలో 4.89 కోట్ల మంది పుణ్య స్నానాలు చేశారని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటిస్తే.. తెలంగాణలో దాదాపు 6.4 కోట్ల మంది గోదావరిలో పుష్కర స్నానాలు ఆచరించారని టీ ప్రభుత్వం వెల్లడించింది. రాజమండ్రిలో ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం కన్నుల పండువగా గోదావరి హారతిని నిర్వహించి.. కళ్లు మిరుమిట్లు గొలిపేలా బాణసంచా వెలుగులతో వేడుకలను ఘనంగా ముగించింది.

I don't know how they counted the people and i too doubt that many but a lot of visitors in TG are from adjoinging states like AP, Karnataka, Maharashtra and chattisghad. In fact there was a news in major dailies few days back that 50%-60% visitors in some ghats are from Andhra rather than telangana..

This is true nenu in personal ga choosa .. After Stampede ppl started coming here more over so called hyd settlers antha came to dharmapuri rather than going to AP
