Buy a Tower fan! Will be around $30.
Or if yours is  a safe neighborhood, you get fans that fit into the window, for the same cost.
Both will give the effect of an AC!

You'll get them at walmart, if you r in the US! or Costco/Sam's club for even cheaper prices!

Are these the ones that you were refering to by "window fans"....I think they help in circulating the air if i am not mistaken

when it comes to tower fan will it cool...or just blow dry air which sort of  makes it tough

No that is not what I meant!
WIndow fans are these portable exhaust fans kinda things. Look for those with an Air In/out facility. When you vent it IN, it will work wonders!


And tower fans a lot more effective than regular fans!
The dont blow dry air. Trust me, it will get real cold in the middle of the night!
