I Dont think any cuise/ship goes directly to India!
It will have to set  base in Europe for atleast a couple of days!
So drop out of any such plans!

yes it is costlier and it will take approximately 20 days.. way too many... and there r no direct routes ... so u will have to break ur trip and u will end up catchin a flight to get to the ports anyway..and cruise (passenger) ships dont run everywhere... so in short.. FORGET IT...
if u want to travel by ship..go on a cruise vacation on one of the liners (example royal caribbean, disney, etc)

From Mumbai you can take Maersk, CMA CGM or Hapag Llyod Vessel, you must have valid documents with Visas.

All three liners stop in Europe and first stop in US on the East Coast is New York / New Jersey Port.

From the West CMA/CGM or Maersk with a ship change in Singapore will bring you to, Tacoma, WA, or Long Beach/Los Angeles, CA.


I suggest you thats not easy to do.

if you have real convincing habits, there is a chance to go. you can talk to the captain and work in the ship like cleaning etc etc. then, if he agrees, they will be very very cheap price for your travel.

moreover, sea sickness untundi chala mandiki. if you have that, you will face hard days of your life in the ship. madyalo ekkada main junction vachinappudu ninnu dimpestharu. risky thing to do anthe.
