Maa manager gadni job ad lo masters ani pettamante, vadu masters in CS required ani pettadu (related to CS ani emi pettakunda). And HR gadu oka email lo "to utilize the EB2 category the job must require a Masters or equivalent (Bachelors plus five years’ prior experience) – we rely on the job description, the job posting, and the resumes of other employees performing the same job if any)" So I have masters in EE, but the job ad says it requires masters in CS. Deeni valla attorney gadu Eb2 cheyyanu ane chances unnaya or it doesn't matter? Experts please help. bye1

This is not about Eb2 or Eb3. first of all that ad cant be used for you. they may need to give new ad. But naku tagilina USA- based attorney gadu natho ne rayinchadu motham. he gave 20 some question to explain how my past experience and master's would be useful in fulling the job posted ani.
