Yes that matters, then they will have to follow the protocol and Modi has to file a case in Delhi highcourt not Surat district court.

For example say TS police is tapping Assauddin Oaisi phone on union government/law enforcement request of some suspicious dealing then would you say disclosing such information to a court who has no business here is appropriate. It is a delicate issue.

The reason TS govt is saying is to cover their unlawful activity, it's a mere excuse... I don't think State govt can tap Central, state minst.. phones without having the permission form Central home dept...which they did  without proper reasons and permissions, and now trying to cover up..

They will somehow get to accept their mistake, no govt.. is above the law and court..

Supreme court directed operators to submit data in sealed covers to vijaywada court and asked the vjd district magistrate to wait for 1 month to open those sealed covers after they submit the data and at the sametime directed parties involved to go to hyd high court if they have any grievances
