New Delhi: There is uncertainty over whether Yakub Memon will hang this morning for his role in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts. At 2:30 am, in an unprecedented gesture, judges are meeting in the Supreme Court to hear a last-minute petition claiming that Memon can't be hanged now because his mercy petition has just been rejected by President Pranab Mukherjee.
