Naaku last year h1 approve, NC state lo unna appudu, feb lo chicago lo job change ayya but maa emplyr LCA update cheyala, inka NC lo ne undi-- amendment cheyaledu, additioanl layers and no client letter, ippudu july 15th chicago lo inko project vachindi. Ippudu nenu Aug 19th deadline naaku applicable ayinda or naaku koncham time unda Amendment ki? This project ki Amendment file chesta, client letter and anni docs ista annadu client. August 19th lopu nenu cheyala or still time is there for me?

"This precedent decision represents the USCIS position that employers are required to file an amended petition before placing an H-1B employee at a new worksite. Kaani USCIS site lo ila undi - before May 21 st change avvuthe Aug 19th lopu amendment file cheyali anni undi. "If your H-1B employees were changing worksite locations at the time of the Simeio Solutions decision, you have 90 days from the date of this web alert (May 21, 2015) to file amended petitions for H-1B employees who changed their place of employment to an MSA or area of intended employment requiring coverage by a new or different LCA than that submitted with the original H-1B petition.
