Naaku last year h1 approve, NC state lo unna appudu, feb lo chicago lo job change ayya but maa emplyr LCA update cheyala, inka NC lo ne undi-- amendment cheyaledu, additioanl layers and no client letter, ippudu july 15th chicago lo inko project vachindi. Ippudu nenu Aug 19th deadline naaku applicable ayinda or naaku koncham time unda Amendment ki? This project ki Amendment file chesta, client letter and anni docs ista annadu client. August 19th lopu nenu cheyala or still time is there for me? If you dont have LCA for this July 15th job as well, then you dont need to worry till Jan 2016. But, LCA lekunda aa place lo work cheiyatam manchidhi kadhu. atleast nuvvu next week nunchi LCA tesukoni and client dhagarao kuda letters tesuko but joining date mentioning cheyamaka letters lo. I think every one will do this from now on. or lese who will wait for 2-3 weeks after giving offer. USCIS gadamo ammendent receipt vachhaka job join avvali antadu, normal process lo reciept ravataniki 3-4 weeks paduthundhi including LCA.

LCA will take 1 week and getting receipt for h1b amendment from USIccss take 2 weeks(normal process) or 1 week (permium). why client will wait for 3 weeks after confirming the job. most client will give 1 week or else 2 weeks the most. I dont know how desi employers deals with this in future.
