karna11 Posted July 30, 2015 Report Posted July 30, 2015 based on white house report ithee, as per my understood, EAD ani clear gaa em cheppala 1---I-140 in independent chestaduu anipisthundhi like if you have approved I-140 from emp A and u must have stay with emp A 1year after u r I-140 , then nuvvu employer change ayyina u don't need to apply for GC from scratch 2--GC Dates every year first 2 quarters loo moving forward heavily ,
