You can file motion to reconsider or Motion to re-appeal. Motion to reconsider(which is quick), Motion to re-appeal (takes longer time). Proper documentation might result in approval. It's worth a try. But plan for one of the options below and do not wait. Only 2 legal and good options. 1. Join a college and apply for H1 again next year. Also I suggest you to join a good college even though they don't give CPT. If you have financial problems and what to join a college which gives CPT, Join college which has accreditation and be careful picking college. 2. Go to India and apply for H1 again next year. before leaving ensure, some company applies H1 for you.
