It's actually an optical illusion caused by the video camera. It's shooting at a high frame rate, high enough to match the speed of the rotors. What results is every frame capturing the rotors in the same position, making them seem motionless with no blur.

thats jus because of the frame rate of the camera mathces the frequency of rotation of main rotor.......venaka unna chinna rotor frquency koncham takkuva undi anukunta so cam lo daani rotation motham capture ayyindi...
