KillChillPandey Posted August 1, 2015 Author Report Posted August 1, 2015 10gay manu scrum master and product owner ni.. adi valla responsibility... mee estimation sarigga unda chuskoo... ekkuva work dump chestunaara.. leda nu ekkuva work unna story ki takkuva estimation istunava? they have fixed user stories.. elago aid 4 weeks lo complete cheyyali ani full pressure.. iteration 0 itself was a failure..estimation correct ganey icham.. but they are dumping additional works on us too.. madyalo vacheysi idi small change etc etc ani.. andaru desi gallu ayyesariki process follow avvatledu.. pressure is surmounting.. ROFL endi antey national holidays ni kuda oka 8 hrs day laga consider chesaru.. like if i have 152 hrs in a month with 8 hrs a national holiday.. expectation is to complete 160 hrs work..

Scrum lo adi oka advantage, new project antey developers ni hire chestaru as most of the others will be locked...
