Every year these stunning purple fields need to be harvest and if think that’s a shame.. check out these photographs that show the mesmerising beauty of harvesting lavender. Lavender is harvested for products like soap, fragrant sachets or essential oils. And it depends on the product when the farmers harvest the lavender.
