'Similarly, there is nothing we can do if your previous employer choses to withdraw the I-140. The I-140 is the employer’s petition. However, regardless of whether your previous employer withdraws the I-140, you are able to retain your priority date. You can use that same priority date even if a new employer files a labor certification application on your behalf.'

bussuboy Posted August 3, 2015 Report Posted August 3, 2015 Pd can be retained if employer tevokes i140. Talk to old employer and ask him to continue GC, give the old employer 5k per year. ...get into a deal with him.
