vasu123 Posted August 3, 2015 Report Posted August 3, 2015 Pd can be retained if employer tevokes i140. Talk to old employer and ask him to continue GC, give the old employer 5k per year. ...get into a deal with him. Deal ki oppukuntara ala kooda.
bussuboy Posted August 3, 2015 Report Posted August 3, 2015 Also, do you have a approved i140 copy with you or employer did not share? If he did not share after you asked, then you are dealing with a "kantri" employer. Talk and get into a mutual agreement loke....5k yearly istha....GC continue cheyyodu basu....MS candidates ne neeku refer chestha.....kavaali ante ni enti vacchi danam pedtha. :)
bussuboy Posted August 3, 2015 Report Posted August 3, 2015 Yes, anyway the employee wants to leave. ..so "sacchinodu pelli ke vacchindey katnamuu" type lo employer can agree to continue GC. He will not gain anything by revoking i140, so you can talk and give him a bonus of 5k yearly:) I know....manaki ravalsina bonus...vadiki giving. ..:) Deal ki oppukuntara ala kooda.

rikki Posted August 3, 2015 Report Posted August 3, 2015 is it possible that old employeer can continue the GC while working in new compnay? plesae explain bussu Yes, anyway the employee wants to leave. ..so "sacchinodu pelli ke vacchindey katnamuu" type lo employer can agree to continue GC. vasu123 Posted August 3, 2015 Report Posted August 3, 2015 is it possible that old employeer can continue the GC while working in new compnay? plesae explain bussu I think yes, GC is future employment. Even nuvvu pani cheyani evaro oka company tho GC process start cheyinchochu and u can join in that company in future, its future employment.
bussuboy Posted August 3, 2015 Report Posted August 3, 2015 Yes GC is future based...so any employer can do a GC for you. Normally desi consulting firms want to revoke if employees jump. If you get into a mutual deal the you pay him cash in hand to continue GC, there is no guarantee that he will be same in the future. So, you can only try. Say you will supply MS graduates, pay 5k... If you don't have any super terms with ur desi employer then chances are lown that he will continue ur gc.

bussuboy Posted August 3, 2015 Report Posted August 3, 2015 Yes, PD is retained if employer revokes i140 . Very sure. It cannot be retained if uscis revokes it on their own due to fraud etc....in that case ur h1b also biscuit and pack up from usa.
kathanayakudu Posted August 4, 2015 Author Report Posted August 4, 2015 Thank you. Also, I am not in IT. Regular full time job. But present job with current employer ending soon and he has no new projects. He says he might find new jobs in few weeks to months and asked me to stay for a while and if there is a couple of weeks gap he would pay me. But I am getting opportunities with other employers some promising sponsoring partially for both h1 and green card. I didn't know that I could keep the PD even if my old employer revokes my I-140. I don't even think that my current employer he knows about revoking rules and all. He is a small employer with just 2-3 h1s I guess. I don;t even want to mention it while leaving the company like asking him not to revoke my application. Enduku unnecessary ideas ivvatam vadiki. What is your suggestion? Also, sure ga time limit emi undadu ga new green card process ki as long as my current I-140 is not revoked? until revoked by old employer u are fine.. kaani patodu revoke chesi..kottodu inka file cheyakpote nuvvu bisket down the road Yes, PD is retained if employer revokes i140 . Very sure. It cannot be retained if uscis revokes it on their own due to fraud etc....in that case ur h1b also biscuit and pack up from usa.
