Uscis-Site-Visit

Hi..

 

       I am working for cisco as a contractor. Last week, officer from uscis visited my client  location (MA)and asked about me, my HR replied he is contracting with us but he said he is not in the location right now and he asked officer to call me directly. Then officer called me and asked about my working location and cube. I replied - I work for cisco but cisco is a service based company, we go to customer site and give service to them once the service completed we will come back to location and i dont have desk over there we just meet in conference rooms and schedule next service locations. remaining time i will work remotely--- This is what i replied and officer note down everything and asked me to submit paystubs, w2 job duties....I submitted them today. 

 

Please help what gona happen in this situation, as am not in the location while officer visited--- That is the only point i worried about and i dont have desk there...

Uscis website lo Ni case number ki status updates pettuko. Uscis Vadu ni h1 case Mida edina action thisukunte U will get email .

Last year naku kuda ayyindi but at that time i changed my client, USCIS Officer went to my old client, I did my amendment that time so he call to my present office and inquired about me.

 

If you submit all the documents you should be good. Dont worry.
