1) Commercial near IIT Hyderabad 600 yards 90 lak's on high way , My In laws saw it 

2 ) Hitech City Deggara , Silpa Avenue Colony near Gokul Plots ( the one in news recently )  2 miles from hitech city railway station , 300 yards residential plot for 1 c 

my parents saw it , 

 

each of them are showing their merits and de merits , 

 

My parents say buying a land on High way can be a problem as if there is an extention to 6 lane , than land will be gone in acquisition 

My inlaw says that there is extention news in the near future so commerical koni profit vasthe ammesi kotha land konachu ani annaru 

 

my parents say hitech city is in Hyderabad and IIT is out of city and development ke chances undavu ani 

my inlaws say land will develop as there are institutes coming around ani and there might be extention of Metro in future
