ravana Posted August 6, 2015 Report Posted August 6, 2015 Depression avthu negative ga velllipothunnanemo life lo anipisthundhi B Positive ga maralante em cheyyali? youtube lo inspiration videos chudu, personality development books chaduvu, be in nature go to park and walk or sit near trees, watch kids playing (but don't go near to them) try to find the root cause of your negative views (friends, surrounding) and keep distance do meditation, japam, prayer, excercise, yoga etc which ever works for you or keep small goals and achieve in any thing like clean kitchen, walk a mile, run a mile, meditation for 10 min, etc and keep increasing u r goals
