Did anyone applied COS H1- H4 - EAD to Vermont Service Center 2 or 3 months back. If yes, any approvals on COS as I heard they have backlogs from Oct 2014. If realy that is the case then how someone can stay in country if case is still pending for more than 180 days... think_ww
