Options trading anedi oka complicated (at the beginning) concept. Nuvvu actual stocks konavu... but, stock price oka target ni reach ayinappadu kontanu ani options ni kontavu (ni target/strike price ippudu market value kanna ekkuva vunte CALL antaru and takkuva vunte PUT antaru) there will be a time frame set for options, usually they expire third Friday of every month.

Suppose Stock price ippudu $5 vundi anuko... Nuvvu next month third friday lopu stock price $6 ki velithe kontanu ani konni options teesukovachu... and stock price perugutunnappadu aa option price kuda perugutundi and you can end ur deal by seling the options or buying the stocks before third friday next month. If the stock price never reach $6 before third Friday next month you will lose you r complete investment.

actually zecco takes time mama... if you sell ur stocks today it takes around three days for your money to reflect in your accoount... nee buying power stock sell cheyagane peragadu... but orders konchem fast gane execute avutai zecco lo... i don't know about scottrade...
