best advice endhi ante.. go to barber and trim hair to number 2 or 3.. or at home with beard trimmer.. then hail fall will decrease.. then go to a doctor and see what is the reason for hair fall. there are many reasons... if it is suddenly started then some vitamins like b12 will help.. doctor will suggest some shamppoo.. 

 

but mentally be prepared to go bald.. based on the amount i'll give 1 or 2 years before full bald... so enjoy now.. get married if possible..
