btw I am sending it by post.. I got the shipping label from BLS to send it to consulate but Im concerned about how I am going to get it back..

The amount that BLS charges includes the return psotage, you dont send any shipping label. After you pay the total amount, the bls will send you the return mail tracking details.

30 $ anukunta kada bls delivery ki pay chesindi adi raseyiiiiiiiii...ninu recent ga chesa houston consulate ki.....nuvvu 30 $ pay chesthe return kuda valle xhestharuuuuu...and post that amount in that blank........

Ignore that column..nothing to be filled. Call bLS helpdesk and they will tell the same. But call them for sure.

Just Call BLS Customer Care and pay 30$ they will give you reference number for return also ...they will guide you what to fill and where to fill
