For the above JP intelligently shies away with  a simple statement that its a "Poor Governance". But Bay Area Telangana NRI's argue that this poor governance is happening consistently and repeatedly for last 53 years and its effecting one region (Telangana) all the time and that this poor governance has all the characteristics of a regional discrimination. Bay Area Telangana NRI’s challenged him, Isn’t what you said a case of organized discrimination? If not, why you have emphasized ? Why is this hypocrisy?

2) Telangana liberation struggles has not noted in the literature and text books. Isn’t this an organized discrimination?

3) Shri. Potti Sriramulu has been portrayed as father of AP while he had fought for “Madras Manede” and Andhra separation from Madras Presidency. At the same time Telangana liberation leaders weren’t mentioned anywhere. Isn’t that an example of organized discrimination?

4) Yogi Vemana University (Kadapa) has been allocated 343 cores while 5 Universities in Telangana have been allocated meager 27 cores. Isn’t this a case of step-mother treatment? Isn’t this an example of organized discrimination?

5) Erstwhile Hyderabad state planned Irrigation projects have been shelved and all the funding from Telangana land sales has been diverted to Seema-Andhra projects. Isn’t this an example of organized discrimination?

6) While SLBC irrigation project development taking a tortoise walk while Pottireddypadu project has been flying with high colors (in violation of  water distribution by bhachawat tribunal). Isn’t this an example of organized discrimination?

7) GO 610 (Andhra employees in Telangana) hasn’t implemented yet even after 25 years while GO 564 (Telangana employees in Andhra) has been successfully implemented within 3 months by Dr. JP (Chief Secretary of AP) . Why is that hypocrisy? Isn’t this an example of organized discrimination?

8) Telangana farmers’ have been given Rs. 22 per liter for milk while Andhra farmers’ have been given Rs. 24 per liter. Isn’t this an example of organized discrimination?

9) There are 74 Govt Degree colleges in the Telangana (10 dists) while Rayalseema (4 dists) has 70 and Andhra (9 dists) has 166 per 2002-2003 Govt of AP data. Why is this uneven distribution of funds? Isn’t this an example of organized discrimination?

10) Andhra capitalist owned offices/companies only preferred their kith n kin and not considered Telangana youth for employment in their companies, Instead, same job positions were published in their local regional additions, Is this not regional based organised discrimination?

11) In the Telugu films, Telangana people have been portrayed as villians, clowns, but never a protagonist, Is this not  language and cultural based organised discrimination.

Bay Area Telangana NRI’s have urged Dr. JP that we are all for decentralization of the administration to the district level governments and let’s start that journey by creating focus of development on 10 districts by demerging Telangana out of 23 districts of AP, then we can look forward to further steps as necessary for decentralization. Decentralization is a journey hence let’s walks before we run on this journey so everyone in the society are prepared and we can achieve our end goals without hurdles and also urged him to focus on local and regional issues before rejuvenating India.
