Nice, but his explanations on varnashram is quite naive, it was actually based on birth not on someone's ability. Relating it what he said in the earlier part of the video we are trying to reach infinity through finite so it becomes hard to understand varnashram which actually comes from one's karma :)..
Birth gives all one varna but the way one lives decides the lattar part of his jeevayatra!
