so in new replaced "planning commission=NITI Ayog", whole states are grouped together into sectors.. so 9 south states will come into one sector.. north east in one sector.. etcc.. so in any meeting each sector cms have to agree to any proposal.. 

bjp is giving more money to states from center taxes than previous planning commsion.. so they cannot just give special status to one state without agreement from others.. same thing happened to Bihar.. they are not getting special status..

yes.. now only option is to introduce or amend the existing bill with special status.. but it won't pass in Rajya Sabha (bjp is in minority there)... center cannot just give special status unfortunately.. there will be legal challenges from Bihar, Telangana..

Ippudu waste bcoz Bjp has absolute majority in Parliament, Pin prick kuda undadu. Nijamga commitment unte UPA govt unnapudu mana 25 MP's resign chesunte Central govt padipoyedi. But ala jaragakunda pedda brokers and Dabbu unnayi...

see, I don't understand this 'sector' business in Niti Ayog. Its not like only those states within a sector have interdependent economies. 

 

The biggest problem with implementing special status will come from GST. When the states are already losing VAT revenue because entire country becomes one market - and one can manufacture their product anywhere and sell it anywhere, it'll be hard to convince them to agree to giving special status to one state - either bihar or AP/TG.

 

Why exactly were there sectors in Niti Ayog? was there any point to that classification? I can read up on it, if you don't wish to write.
