Memu oka plot chusamu Hitech city ke 4 KM , and Beside Fortune Field Indu villa's and also in front of vasanth city villa's 

the plot is in Shilpa avenue colony , vallu 30 k per yard chepthunnaru , asalu akkada antha rate undi ahh?? and also akkada 

appreciation untada?

Appreciation slow ha untadi .... Already Chala perigayi kada last 7 , 8 yrs aa area Lo .,. So better no expect huge growth

Also now all andhraits prefer buying near capital,vza,Guntur .... So less demand for hyd plots in future ( compare to yester years)

P.S : it's purely my personal opinion based on my limited knowledge
