I now got a full time job with a DIFFERENT client, and they mentioned they can start green card in 6 months but my role (mid level developer) requires EB-3 category. If I get promoted to senior level, then they can process my green card in EB-2. How complicated is it to move from EB-3 to EB-2 later after the labor/i-140 approval? Any suggestions on EB-3 filing? Thanks.

If yes,may be ur into crowd pulling strategy of applying in EB2 category .. Not sure asking !! Concerns: - FT ante .. Baaga rubbutaru -- so if ur targetting senior level postions... U cannt say no to any request of wrk they ask for!! - eb3 -eb2 is not any easy thing to do until .. U get promoted to higrr level like manger /director level !! - for senior postion level i doubt it -- and depends again how strong the company can present u for the eb2... If concerns doesnt matter 2 u and want to have some stability and wrk experince in ur life ... Go head and grab the oppurtunity !!

I know a person working in the same team for that company, who is a senior level and they filed his GC in EB-2. I am pretty sure they can file if the role is senior level - again I have to prove going there. How complicated it is - once they file in EB-3 and labor/i-140 gets approved and later changing into EB-2?

Also in case you have India trips in mind, aa visa thala noppulu vundavu. Recently i had my visa stamping in HYD and no questions were asked while interview.
