Anni convenient metro corridor , From uppal ring road 7kms to sec bad station, 8 kms to koti and 8 kms to Dilsuknagar .. manchi center uppal ring road. +1 on Narapally, my cousin bought a 260yards fully built with wood work for 62 lakhs last month, he said a lot of plots are available in that range and the layouts are pretty good with 40feet wide roads etc..also a lot of IT folks are buying in that area.

Check out in narapally and medpally areas (comes after uppal cross roads but with pretty good neighborhood unlike rustic uppal cross roads) good sized plots in the range of 250-300 sq yard and a lot of IT folks are buying in that area, the prices have fallen from their highs and trending low now, better time to buy as the prices may startpicking up back again
