Phase 2: 1) land selection 2) where do we get these seeds from 3) how many people to start and maintain and their salary 4) then comes your point water (research cheyali)

So it's just an idea for now, we will see how it goes my idea of life is start first do some research put effort if it fails it fails that's it...
