i think with amazon fire tv u got to downgrade the android version n moreover if u do slight mistake you will brick it bro

We don't need to mess with it.. You can install any apk to Amazon fire stick.. Just download kodi apk, install using adb tool from Windows or app2fire ani oka app undi in Android.. Done..
Full version android box love manam peekedi pedhaga undadhu ani understood, purchased firetv stick n loving it esp the wifi remote

neenu vadutunna .. get the Entertainment Hub addon for Kodi for the international channels and Desi movies , Or in XBMC you'll get the movierulz addon .. Kodi ki ledu anukunta movierulz addon
