So the topic is how do you eliminate layers and get the best rate......

bhayya vaadu 35/hr annadi neeku deal prakaram ye kada i mean 60k first year and next matladi settle chesukovadam kada if you don't want him just skip off but some people like me i don't want to fall in risk so i am looking for anyone with 50-60k first year then 80-20 vaadu entha tinte naakenduku

There is no deal here...

Obviously I will skip him...If I dont get any other one I will go to him again....ivvanni default ......

Anyway the discussion is not about how to come to terms with  what you get....How to get the maximum rate possible....if u have any ideas contribute....

Same over here, I'm a Sr.Systems Engineer with 9yrs Exp, I used to get $70 in Australia, I came for better life, but it went worng way, Prime Vendor is getting $85 but I'm only getting $32, when I asked my Employer, He told me that he is not making any money from the deal, but he doesn't want to show the purchase order  (*" , Its a Big Bull Sh!t, but What we can do, until we get ur EAD or GREEN CARD, We are just Slaves for our Employer....... hitwalltwice !q#

I was successful in finding a job without any consultant with guidance with by bro, after graduation i tried for an intern got it then they hired me and processed by H1 to. I think instead of aiming directly for 100k/yr try getting an intern genuine then u will allways have confidence to get a job once ur fired

Thanks Master....thats an option....but it does not work in most cases....Many people tried that...but donot have brothers who can help.....

Do you know anything at prime vendors..thats the topic....

Try developing contacts with your ex vendors and colleagues. keep in touch with them and make sure they do not forget you. i am in  SAP HR for the past 5 yrs and never had a break more them 15 days.

vallaki manam gurthu unte vallu garauntee ga manaki first preferece istaru.

aim for big companies EX: in SAP try Bayforce, Disys, Symphony, signature..... etc

Thanks ...that really helps...Can you list the big companies that come to your mind.....I have noted down the ones you mentioned and am already dealing with bayforce...This is what I was exactly looking for.....

Yep you are right....Can you mentiona ny of the bigger vendors for SAP that I need to concentrate....NO location problem....
