NUv cheppindey chaala varaku correctee bhayya...calling numbers kooda baneundi....but mottam idekaadu.....There will definitely be a need especiaally niche skills in SAP or take testing and even .net.....we are not trying to create teh requirements that are not there.....we are just trying to find the right channels to get the task done.......

And when it comes to common skill s like testing .net the trick is to beat the competition.....by finding these resources...if you depend on your employer dreaming that g****a lo sudi tirigiddi ani anukuntey testing lo kooda 13 months bench lo unnavallu telusu naaku......
