Use tamarind (chintapandu) and Lemon.......that will provide some salt to the mutton curry. Ade vaakate oppayamu....inka emi cheya levu if no Salt. 

 

Oil lekapoina....mutton Fat will convert to oil while cooking...use pressure cooker to cook.
