Morning 8 egg whites with veggies Brunch nuts and protein shake Lunch Paleo pasta with chicken evening tuna with lettuce dinner fish and veggies Madhyalo :: akali vesthey nuts Paleo diet chesthey no grains kabati...u will feel very hungry ..so dani kodiga satisfy cheyali antey nuts and protein...
